Dr. Zuriani Hayati binti Abdullah is a dedicated academic and researcher specializing in Software Engineering, Software Ageing, Software Quality, and Sustainability. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a Master’s in Information Technology (MIS) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), along with a Bachelor’s in IT (Management Information Technology) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and a Diploma in IT from International Islamic College. She has contributed to multiple FRGS and Arus Perdana research grants, focusing on software ageing models, big data analytics, and business intelligence. Dr. Zuriani has published extensively in Scopus and WoS-indexed journals and has presented her research at international conferences such as IEEE International Conference on Computing (ICOCO) , Malaysian Software Engineering Conference (MySEC), International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoICT), and the International Conference of Data, Internet & Education Technologies (DIET). She is also actively involved in international conferences as a committee member and continues to advance software sustainability through her research and academic contributions.
