Biography
Ms. Cheah Yeh Ying is currently a Lecturer with the Faculty of Business ( Human Resources Management), Multimedia University Malacca. She obtained her MBA (HRM) from the Multimedia University, Malaysia and a certified HRDF trainer.. She has worked with various higher education institutions and has over 20 years of experience in education industry with a background in administration and in college-wide strategic planning activities, along with consultancy experiences with two major projects for Tenaga Nasional Berhad. In recent years, she has actively published various research publications in the areas of emotional intelligence, eco intelligence, counterproductive work behavior, organizational citizenship behavior and transformational leadership. She is currently a project leader and team member in 4 Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). She has various awards in Innovations and Inventions. Her latest achievements was 3 awards ( Gold, Silver and Bronze) at the 25th International Invention, Innovation, Industrial Design and Technology Exhibition (ITEX) 2014 and Innovative Idea Award awarded at the UNITEN Research Exposition (UNIREX), 2014.
