Ms. Yusnita Mohd Yusof is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law. She obtained her LLB (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and completed her LLM (Master in Laws) in National University Malaysia (UKM). She is currently pursuing her PhD studies at IIUM.
Ms. Yusnita joined the legal practice upon her admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2004. She dealt mainly in civil litigation in a wide range of matters which included banking, matrimonial matters, probate and succession, foreclosures, bankruptcy and winding up. Conveyancing was her other legal works.
Ms. Yusnita’s research interests are in trusts and succession. She currently lectures in Equity & Trusts for third year students. Apart from that she has also taught family law, law of tort, legal skills, professional practice, law of evidence and probate.
