Biography
Ms Tan Yan Peng completed her degree in law at University of Malaya in 2009 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in 2010. Ms Tan has practised for seven years since 2010 and specialised in conveyancing practices such as sale and purchase of property including both developer sales and sub-sale property transactions, as well as loan transactions in both conventional and Islamic transaction for various banks and financial institutions. Ms Tan was subsequently joined a healthcare company in 2017 as an in-house legal advisor and held a position of Legal Manager, before she joined Multimedia University (MMU) in 2023 as an academic in the Faculty of Law.
