Biography
Yap Yee Yann is a lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University. She obtained her Master's degree in Philosophy by Research (Management) and her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing with Multimedia) from the Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. Her research interests are primarily focused on the areas of ageing population and technology adoption.
Besides, Yap Yee Yann is an e-commerce entrepreneur with demonstrated expertise in utilising social media platforms, online marketing, and data analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics). In addition to her entrepreneurial background, she has seven years of experience teaching at the secondary level, refining her pedagogical skills.
