Biography
Norwahida Syazwani Othman graduated with a degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and a Master’s in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and Intelligence from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. Her research interests include E-learning, Human-Computer Interaction, Graph Coloring Heuristic Approaches, and Intelligent Tutoring Systems. She began working at Multimedia University in February 2004 as an assistant lecturer and became a lecturer in 2010 after completing her Master's degree.
