Ms Susan’s academic qualification includes a Bachelor of Science Econmoics (Management) conferred by the University of London and a Masters in Business Administration conferred by the Charles Sturt University, Australia. She has also a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health conferred by Queensland University of Technology. In 2018, she received the Doctor of Philosophy majoring in Business Adminstration from AeU. She has managed to complete the NS/NLP Basic and Masters Practitioner Programme in 2013 and 2014. In 2014, she has successfully completed the Train The Trainer programme organised by the Multimedia University together with the Human Resource Development Fund and IRS Training Sdn Bhd. She has about 15 years of corporate exposure. The 15 years saw her in a few industries which included the manufacturing and service industry. She has also conducted training on areas such as Total Quality Management, Occupational Safety and Health and Leadership/Motivation.
