Syuhada binti Abdul Rahman is a lecturer at the Faculty of Computing & Informatics, Multimedia University, with over 15 years of academic experience in interactive media and emerging technologies. Her teaching and research focus on programming, game development, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR), combining technical expertise with design thinking to create immersive digital experiences. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Engineering at UNIMY, where her research explores multi-modal mixed-reality learning models integrated with intelligent tutoring systems for personalised STEM education.
Her areas of expertise include AR/VR application development, game development, mixed-reality intelligent tutoring systems, and digital media innovation. She has supervised numerous diploma- and bachelor-level student projects in AR applications, VR simulations, mobile development, and game development. Several of these projects have received national awards and recognition, reflecting her commitment to guiding students from concept to completion. Her passion for innovation is also demonstrated through her involvement in award-winning projects such as VRChemLab and WearMe, both of which earned silver medals at the 2021 InCEx exhibition.
