Mr. Pook Sow Yee is a lecturer at Multimedia University (MMU), previously serving as the Head of the Department of Knowledge Management, Economics & Quantitative Analysis (KMEQA) within the Faculty of Business (FOB). He currently teaches various IT and management courses, including SAP ERP, Analytical Programming, Leadership, and Technology Management, at the Faculty of Management (FOM), MMU.
Beyond his academic career, Mr. Pook is also an entrepreneur. He co-founded Sprintla, a startup specializing in online printing services.
Mr. Pook holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from Griffith University, Queensland, Australia (2010), and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Knowledge Management from MMU (2008). He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. in Knowledge Management at MMU. Since joining MMU in 2011, he has published several papers in the fields of Information Systems and Knowledge Management.
