Dr. Subhacini works as an assistant professor in the Faculty of Business at Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, as well as a Doctor of Business Administration from the same institution. Her research interests include management, employee engagement, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. She has actively contributed to the academic community through multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences.
In addition to her academic and research accomplishments, she holds professional certifications as a Certified Design Thinking Professional and a Certified ESG Reporting Consultant, reflecting her professional interests in innovation, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
