Dr. Subhacini works as an assistant professor in the Faculty of Business at Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, as well as a Doctor of Business Administration from the same institution. Her research interests include management, employee engagement, organisational behaviour, and entrepreneurship. She has actively contributed to the academic community through multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences.
In addition to her academic and research accomplishments, she is a Certified Design Thinking Professional. This certification enhances her ability to incorporate innovative approaches into her teaching, research, and consultancy work, further bridging the gap between academia and industry practices.
