Biography
Ong Sue Lyn is an academician at Multimedia University and has a Ph.D. in Language and Intercultural Communication from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She is also the current Director of the Learning Institute for Empowerment. She has over 25 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level. Her teaching credits include courses such as Intercultural Communication, Workplace Discourse, Workplace Communication, Business Communication, Advanced Management English, English for Business Communication, and English for Business Studies. Sue-Lyn has various research interests in English Language Studies, Intercultural Communication, Cultural Intelligence, Discourse Analysis, and Sociolinguistics.
