Lew Sook Ling received her PhD from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia, in 2013. She has been a lecturer (now an Associate Professor) at Multimedia University, Faculty of Information Science and Technology, since 2001. She is also a Senior Member of IEEE, USA, and an accredited trainer with the Human Resource Development Fund Malaysia. Her research interests include educational technology, business analytics, Internet marketing, knowledge management (KM), image processing, and recreational studies.
Lew has authored approximately 60 indexed papers in the field of Information Science and has served as chair, speaker, editorial board member, jury, assessor and reviewer for numerous international journals, conferences, events, and academic programs. She has successfully secured research grants, resulting in copyrights, patents, awards, and recognition.
