Biography
Ms. Sharmila Rani is a lecturer in the Faculty of Business at Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. She is currently the Subject Matter Expert for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in MMU. She obtained a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Development (BSc. Honours) and Master of Business Administration. Her research interests include human resource management, sustainable development and knowledge management. She has published several conference papers and journals. She also contributes to Special Funding for Social Science, Fundamental and Exploratory Research Grants (SFSCR, FRGS and ERGS).
