Biography
Dr Teo Siew Chein is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business, Multimedia University, Melaka Campus. She has been teaching Quantitative Analysis related subjects for diplomas, undergraduates and MBA students. She is one of the associate Editors of Issues and Perspective in Business and Social Science (May 2019 - current) and was the program coordinator for Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy, Faculty of Business (March 2021 to Feb 2023). She has published several academic papers in operations research focusing on production planning and scheduling, marketing dimensions including consumer behaviour, acceptance models and theories, and student engagement and psychological well-being in education domains. Her research interests include operation research, social science, ICT, health and education management.
