Biography
Shing Chiang TAN is currently a Professor with the Faculty of Information Science and Technology, Multimedia University. His current research interests include computational intelligence (artificial neural networks, evolutionary algorithms, fuzzy logic, and decision trees) and its applications, which include but are not limited to, data classification, pattern recognition, condition monitoring, fault detection and diagnosis, optimisation and biomedical disease data analysis and classification.
