Biography
Rudaini is attached to the Marketing Management Department, Faculty of Business, Multimedia University (MMU), Melaka campus since July 2010. Prior to MMU, he lectured in Universiti Putra Malaysia.
He obtained his Bachelor in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford in 1992 and his MBA from the Malaysian Graduate School of Management in 2000. Between 2002 and 2005, he was attached to the Christle DeHaan Tourism and Travel Research Institute, The University of Nottingham as a researcher.
Other than academic and research, Rudaini is also well versed in management and operational issues. He was a Production Controller with Hitachi Air Conditioning Products Malaysia, for five years. There he was in charged in the smooth running of a ware house as well as two production lines. In his capacity, he had successfully overseen the deployment of MRP II system in his section as well as leading a team for sectional process re-engineering.
