Dr. Radiah Haque is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computing and Informatics, Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya, Malaysia. She received her Ph.D. in Information Technology (Machine Learning) from Multimedia University in 2024, where she was also awarded the Best PhD Thesis Award. Prior to this, she earned her MSc. in Information Technology (with Distinction) from Coventry University, United Kingdom, and her BSc. (Hons) in Information and Communication Technologies (First Class) from The Open University, United Kingdom.
Dr. Haque’s research lies at the intersection of data science, machine learning, deep learning, and health informatics. Her work focuses on developing intelligent systems for real-world impact, including personalised weather-based healthcare, infectious disease outbreak detection using spatiotemporal analytics, and graduate employability prediction. She has been involved in several national research projects, including those funded under FRGS, MOSTI, and TM.
Her recent publications appear in high-impact journals such as Computers and Education: Artificial Intelligence, F1000Research, and the Journal of Advances in Information Technology. She also has contributed to Springer’s Lecture Notes series in computer science and data engineering. Her current research continues to explore AI-driven solutions for societal challenges, with a strong emphasis on personalised prediction models, geospatial data analysis, and recommender systems.
Dr. Haque has presented her research at numerous international conferences and served in roles such as keynote speaker, judge, and mentor in global technology events. She remains passionate about fostering applied research that bridges academic insights and practical applications in the data science domain.
