   Biography

Ms. Low Pei Ling is a lecturer in Faculty of Engineering at Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia. She obtained her Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Electronics Majoring in Optical Engineering and Master of Engineering Science from Multimedia University.
