Biography
Dr Tan Pei Kian has a bachelor degree in Economics from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), MSc in Quality and Productivity Improvement and PhD from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His areas of expertise are Operations Management, Complaint Management, Service Recovery and Service Quality. He joined Multimedia University in year 2006 and is currently a lecturer for the program BBA (Hons) International Business. He was the Deputy Dean (Academic and Internationalisation) of the Faculty of Business, MMU in year 2018 - 2020.
