AUDREY CHEAK is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Business at Multimedia University, Melaka, Malaysia. She has graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology Degree majoring in IT Management from University of Southern Queensland, Australia and then obtained her Master Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia and PhD in the area of knowledge management in mobile context from Multimedia University.
She had almost 30 over years of working experience as an academician and system engineer spanning from semiconductor industry to Institute/College and University level. Hence, having trained/taught people from various industries such as banking industries, government agencies, factories, schools and undergraduates.
Her research interests are in the areas of Information Technology Adoption and User Behaviour, Digital Marketing and Consumer Behaviour, Gerontechnology Studies, Cybersecurity, and Knowledge Management.
