Norzarina is a PhD candidate and lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Management, where she teaches Public Sector Accounting, Forensic Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis. Her research interests include sustainability, governance, and institutional studies. She holds a Master's in Forensic Accounting and Financial Criminology from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She currently serves as the Industrial Training Coordinator for a Bachelor of Accounting.
She is a certified Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) trainer and a certified Design Thinking practitioner. She has more than 12 years of professional experience in teaching and learning accounting. She has held various management positions (research centre secretary, treasurer, Internship Coordinator, student club and event advisor).
