Dr Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan is an Assistant Professor in Finance at Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, where she has been serving since 2003. She holds a PhD in Finance from Multimedia University and is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia. With more than two decades of academic experience, Dr Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan has made significant contributions to teaching and curriculum development. Dr Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan is an active and prolific researcher with extensive publications in high-impact Scopus-indexed journals, focusing on FinTech, peer-to-peer lending, digital banking, financial risk, and sustainable finance. She has successfully led and participated in several externally and internally funded research projects, supported by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and Multimedia University. Her research interests include financial technology (FinTech), peer-to-peer lending, adoption of digital banking, financial risk management, behavioural finance, sustainable and green finance, and technology-driven financial innovation.
