Dr. Jack Ng Kok Wah’s career spans over 30 years, reflecting a unique blend of industry leadership and academic excellence. With experience across healthcare, finance, education, tourism, and project management, he has consistently demonstrated adaptability, strategic insight, and a drive for innovation. His achievements include earning national recognition through the PIKOM Project Leadership Certification (PLC) by The National ICT Association of Malaysia, a testament to his strength in ICT and project execution.
Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University (MMU) Cyberjaya, He is an active researcher and mentor. His work has been published in high-impact Scopus and Web of Science (WOS) journals, exploring themes such as digital marketing, consumer psychology, AI in healthcare, and agricultural innovation. Grounded in real-world challenges, his research aims to bridge technology and human behavior, contributing meaningfully to public welfare and future-forward solutions.
Multilingual and tech-savvy, he combines analytical acumen with creative skills in digital tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hokkien, he is a versatile communicator in both professional and academic settings.
