Biography
Md Najib Osman, is a Specialist Practitioner teaches in the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM), Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia since year 2000. Md Najib received his Bachelor of Art & Design (Advertising) from MARA University of Technology (UITM) and his Master of Science (by research) in Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University with his research in E-Learning. Md Najib professional background spans over fifteen years before he ventured into the education field at MMU. Md Najib professional background includes of 5 years in 2D Animation with Lensamation (M) Sdn Bhd, one of the most popular animation company in Malaysia during that period. During his tenure with Lensamation, Md Najib were among the few animators who had been sent to Toei Animation, Japan for a collaboration project between Lensamation and Toei Animation in producing one of the world most popular animated television series. Toei Animation, Japan was rank amongst the world's most prolific animation production, After 5 years in animation, Md Najib longing to return to his area of specialization; design and advertising whereby he attached himself with a few Advertising and IT agency in Kuala Lumpur doing Art Direction and Creative Direction. In the meantime, Md Najib and his wife also managing their own design agency, NOSK DESIGN, that have delivered comprehensive graphic, public relations, and sales and marketing solutions to a wide range of corporate companies, government agencies as well as small and mid-sized startups. However, in year 2004, Md Najib and his wife decided to end their business and gave full concentration on their teaching in MMU.
