Dr. Mustafa is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computing and Informatics, Multimedia University, Malaysia, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, blockchain, metaheuristic algorithms, and software development. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia and has over 15 years of academic and research experience and leadership roles. He has taught and supervised postgraduate and undergraduate students, published extensively in Scopus and Web of Science journals, and secured multiple research grants. An award-winning innovator with several registered intellectual properties, he is a certified HRDC TTT trainer, IEEE member, and active contributor to curriculum development, editorial boards, and technical committees.
