Biography
Dr. Mohd Munzil Muhamad is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University (MMU), Melaka. He previously served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (non-practising), with previous academic appointments at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Malaya (UM). His research and publications focus on the Malaysian criminal justice system, including criminal procedure, prosecution practices, evidence law, and the use of DNA evidence. He has authored nearly 40 publications in local and international journals, reflecting his expertise in criminal justice, forensic evidence, and procedural law.
