Biography
Hj Muhammad Nizam Hj Zainuddin is a full-time educator and an assistant professor in the Faculty of Management (FOM) at Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Using the transformative potential of entrepreneurship education and training, he has consistently aspired to make a positive contribution to the development of society as an ardent academician. He teaches at every academic level, from the postgraduate to the diploma. Over the years, he has consistently published as the first author in a succession of highly indexed journals, demonstrating his prolific nature as an author. In addition, he oversaw master's-level students pursuing an MBA and a Master of Philosophy.
Within the realm of training and development, he perceives himself as a "human integrated stereo amplifier" who endeavours to enhance the capabilities of others by aiding them in understanding their innate entrepreneurial spirit and fervour and subsequently motivating them to manifest that potential through an intrapreneurship or entrepreneurial endeavour.
Research methodology, quantitative and qualitative research, literature reviews, academic publications, and the design and delivery of training and development are some of his areas of expertise. He also takes pleasure in creating instructional materials and content.
