Biography
Chan Man Seong is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Management at Multimedia University (MMU) in Malaysia. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Development at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Chan actively participates in research activities, international conferences, and competitions, where he has earned notable accolades, including the Silver Award at the Malaysia Invention and Innovation Expo in 2022 and the remarkable achievement of 1 Gold and 2 Silvers at the Virtual Innovation Competition in 2021 (VIC21). In 2022, he reached a new milestone by obtaining his Master of Professional Management degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang. In the same year, Chan was awarded the prestigious Gold Award in the International Teaching Aid Competition (iTAC) 2022 under the Public Interest Centre of Excellence (PICE) at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Kedah. Chan's academic journey began with completion of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Statistics with Honors from the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in 2021. During his degree program, he received the distinction of a first-class degree with honors and was honored with the Anugerah Naib Canselor 2021 from UTHM. In addition to his academic achievements, Chan has become a member of various academic and professional associations, including Graduates Technologist under Malaysia Board of Technologist, IQM Affiliate Membership under Institute Of Quality Malaysia (IQM), and Keahlian biasa under Persatuan Sains Matematik Malaysia (PERSAMA).
