Chan Man Seong is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia, and Managing Editor of the International Journal of Management, Finance and Accounting (IJOMFA). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior and Development) at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He holds a Master of Professional Management from USM and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science (Industrial Statistics) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). His research interests include organizational behavior, human resource management, psychological well-being, innovation management, and sustainable business. He has published extensively in international journals and received several awards, including the Best Presenter Award (ICAEB 2024), Gold Award (iTAC 2022), and Gold and Silver awards at international innovation competitions.
