Biography
Datin Dr. Mazni Alias holding the position as a Senior Lecturer, and holds an appointment as Head of Department for Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) in 2009 till 2014. She continue to be the Head of Department for BBA Management Program from 2014 till 2018. In year 2020, she was selected as the Chairperson for Centre of Knowledge and Innovation Management (CEKIM). She received her degree in Human Resource Development with first class honours and was awarded for ‘Excellent Academic Achievement’ from External Education Centre, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She continues her Masters and PhD. in the same university in the area of Human Resource Development. Datin Dr. Mazni also receives an appreciation from Faculty of Educational Studies for outstandingly completed the Doctor of Philosophy Program (PhD) in the field of Human Resource Development. Dr. Mazni has presented papers at the national and international conferences. One of her publication output has received “The Best Paper Finalise Award” at the international conference held in Turkey. Her teaching and research focuses in the area of Human Resource Development and Organisational Behaviour. The findings of her studies have been presented in various conferences at national and international levels, as well as published in journals and proceedings.
