Biography
Dr. Kavitha Raman is currently a lecturer in Faculty of Business (FOB), Melaka. She has been teaching and supervising undergraduate students mainly in the area of Human Resource Management. Apart from teaching and supervising, she also actively involve herself in research publication. She published her work in various international journal.
