Biography
Ong Jeen Wei is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University. He serves as the Director of Alumni Engagement, Career and Entrepreneurship Development. His research interests include the areas of small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurship, strategic management, agriculture technology adoption among agropreneurs, and sustainable issues in management.
