Jogtika A/P Ramasamy is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya. She obtained her Master of Philosophy (Management) and Bachelor of Business Management (Hons.) with First Class Honours from Multimedia University. She was also recognised as the Best Student for the Bachelor of Business Management (Hons.) programme.
Her research interests include marketing, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, sustainable marketing, technology adoption, technostress, time management, student engagement, and sustainable consumer behaviour. Her Master’s research examined the influence of technostress and time management skills on student engagement and academic performance among private university students in Malaysia. She is also actively involved in research related to sustainability, consumer behaviour, and emerging digital technologies.
Prior to joining academia, Jogtika gained industry experience in financial crime compliance and regulatory screening, where she developed strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in compliance operations and risk assessment. She integrates her industry experience with academic knowledge to deliver practical and engaging learning experiences for students.
In addition to teaching, Jogtika actively participates in research, innovation, and academic collaborations. She has received recognition at innovation and research exhibitions and remains committed to contributing to impactful research in business and management while supporting students’ academic and professional development.
