Biography
Ts Dr Low Jing Hong is a deputy director of Academic Development for Excellence in Programmes and Teaching (ADEPT) and senior lecturer in Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. He has appointed as the blended learning and G-suite for Education trainer since the year 2010 until now. He has served as the department head for the unit of Information technology and law in the faculty of management, Multimedia University for two years. Dr Low has awarded the title of Professional Technologies by the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT)since yeat 2019. Furthermore, he is a certified Google Educator since the year 2017.
Dr Low is very active in the research activity, especially in the area of innovative digital technology application, especially in the field of digital learning application and its adoption. Besides that, Dr Low also interested in the area of big data analysis, especially in the adoption analysis on digital media learning and machine learning in digital media. He has secured quite a several fundings mainly by the Government as well as the government link agency.
Dr Low graduated with his PhD in the year 2018 from the Multimedia University. He graduated from his Master of Engineering (Media Engineering) in the year 2009 from the Soongsil University, South Korea. This master programme sponsored by the Korean Government under the scholarship of Bring Korea 21 (BK21). He persuaded and graduated with the Bachelor of Information Technology (Majoring in Data Communication), Multimedia University, Malaysia, in the year 2005.
Dr Low is very active in commercialising and training activity. He is knowledgeable and actively conduct the training in the area of a Digital office application and tools, spreadsheet application, Google for Education application, and Big data application, analytic and analysis. He has completed enormous training and commercialisation activity with the agency such as Asus Malaysia, Khazanah Nasional Behad, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, etc.
