Dr. Yeow Jian Ai, currently a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Business (FOB) at Melaka, specializes in various domains including Human Error, Ergonomics, Safety and Health, Operation Management, Strategy Management and International Business. With a focus on enhancing workplace safety and operational efficiency, her research endeavors encompass topics such as understanding human error in operational settings, integrating ergonomics principles into workplace safety practices, and exploring safety culture in construction projects. Dr. Yeow's expertise extends to the international business arena, where she delves into strategies for multinational corporations in the digital age, internationalization strategies of small and medium enterprises, and comparative analyses of different markets.
