Biography
Siti Iradah Ismail is a lecturer in the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University (MMU) Cyberjaya, Malaysia. She received her Degree in Computer Science (Interactive Media) 2009 from Technical University of Malaysia Malacca, and Master in Computer Science majoring (Multimedia System) in 2011 from University Putra Malaysia. She started her carrier as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Information Technology, Centre for Diploma Programme on September 2010. Most of her research works are in the field of assistive technology, and the use of assistive technology in teaching students with learning disabilities. She has been appointed as CX Warrior in supporting one of MMU initiative to promote excellent customer service.
