Biography
Prof. Dr. Gerald Goh Guan Gan is a professor in the Faculty of Business, Multimedia University, Malaysia. He read for his Master of Arts (Communication) and Doctor of Philosophy at Universiti Sains Malaysia, and Master of Business Information Technology and Bachelor of Information Technology at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. His research interests are in knowledge management, information systems, environmental sustainability, business management, heritage tourism and mass communication. He is currently the Director of Strategy & Quality Assurance at Multimedia University and is a member of the Centre of e-Services, Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the Faculty of Business.
