Biography

Dr. Gan Chin Lay holds the position of Associate Professor with the Faculty of Business at Multimedia University (MMU) in Melaka, Malaysia. Her doctoral research explored the integration of mobile technology within higher education institutions. Her academic interests and expertise lie in cybercriminology, consumer technology and digital sociology, with a specific focus on cybercrime victimization utilizing structural equation modeling analysis.
