Biography
Ms Nor Fauziana Ibrahim is a lecturer in the Faculty of Business Multimedia University, Melaka, Malaysia. She earned her MSc in Management at University Utara Malaysia. She teaches management and marketing subjects at undergraduate level. She is also a Certified Trainer by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. Her academic and research interest are in employee well-being, innovative work behaviour, technology acceptance, and marketing management. She is actively involved in research projects and published in indexed journals and international conference proceedings.
