Biography
Dr. Nor Fauziana Ibrahim is a lecturer in the Faculty of Business Multimedia University, Melaka, Malaysia. She teaches management and marketing subjects at undergraduate level. She is also a Certified Trainer by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. Her academic and research interest are in employee well-being, innovative work behaviour, technology acceptance, and marketing management. She is actively involved in research projects and published in indexed journals and international conference proceedings.
