Dr. Farha Zafira bt Agos Lokman is an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management at Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. She obtained her bachelor degree in Business Management (2007) and Master Degree in Msc Science Management (2010) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia and Ph.D. in Management from the University of Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She has served the alma matter for over 10 years in the area of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Knowledge Management, Business Ethics and Research Methodology. In these 10 years above, she has supervised more than 100 undergraduates and postgraduates research students. In addition, she is also active in publishing articles and books. She has experience as a editor and reviewer of articles for international conferences. She also being awarded as Dean’ Best Researcher Award and New Emerging Researcher in 2023 from MAHSA University.
