Biography
Mr. Tay Eng Siang is a qualified legal practitioner, admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He has approximately seven years of practice experience in civil, banking and commercial litigation, as well as conveyancing. Upon completing his Master of Laws in 2003, he transitioned into academia. His research interests include Land Law and Land Dealings, Company Law, Contract Law, Law of Succesison and Legal Practice.
