   Biography

Mr. Tay Eng Siang is a qualified legal practitioner, being admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an advocate and solicitor. He has practised for about seven years in civil, banking & commercial litigation and conveyancing practice. After completing the Master of Laws in 2003, he joined the academic sector. His research interests are in the area of Land Law and Land Dealings, Company Law, Contract Law, and Legal Practice.
