Biography
Dr. Ebrahim Esmaili is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Science and Technology (FIST) at Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Information Systems from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a Master’s in IT Management from UTM, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics. His research expertise spans Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIA), decision support systems, expert systems, and supply chain management, with a focus on integrating industrial management with emerging analytics trends. Dr. Ebrahim has published numerous journal articles and conference papers in these fields, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in data-driven decision-making and expert systems.
