Biography
Dr. Chih-Yang Pee is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computing and Informatics (FCI), Multimedia University (MMU). He earned his Ph.D. from the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Malaya, in 2013. His research expertise spans pattern recognition, statistical image analysis, moment invariants, plant disease classification, and satellite imaging. Dr. Pee focuses on developing innovative methodologies for efficient computation in moment invariants, driving advancements in the field of computer vision.
In addition to his research, Dr. Pee is dedicated to academic excellence, inspiring and mentoring students while fostering collaborative efforts to solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge technology.
