Biography
I am a researcher in the areas of people management and soft side of knowledge management. I have published more than 40 papers in international refereed journals, of which some are indexed by Thomson ISI and Scopus journals. I was awarded as Outstanding Reviewer by Emerald Literati Network, (2011), Outstanding Researcher Award by MMU (2011) and Outstanding Paper Award by Emerald Literatu Network (2015).
I have also contributed and shared my experience by becoming reviewer and serve as panel in MMU’s various research / grant committees. I was previously appointed as Coordinator of EMBA (GSM), Coordinator of PhD, DBA and Mphil (GSM), Deputy Dean of Research and Development (GSM), the Head of Information and Research Coordination Unit (FOSEE) and the chairman for Research Center of Knowledge and Innovation Management(CeKIM). I always get appointed as chairman and subject matter expert as well as panel in viva, work completion and proposal defense seminars.
My current research interest are in the areas related to organisational behaviour, human resourse management, knowledge sharing, community engagament (volunteerism), green issues and inclusicveness of marginalised groups for societal harmony and better well-being. .
