Biography
Cheah Chew Sze is a lecturer at Faculty of Business, Multimedia University, Malacca. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration (Hons.), from University of Malaya (UM). She is currently pursuing her PhD in the area of human resource management in Universiti Sains Malayasia (USM). Her current research areas are in employee engagement, employer branding and human resource practices.
