Biography
Cheah Chew Sze is a lecturer at Faculty of Business, Multimedia University, Malacca. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration (Hons.), from University of Malaya (UM). She has completed her PhD in the area of human resource management in Universiti Sains Malayasia (USM). Her current research areas are in employee engagement, employer branding, human resource practices, Gig worker, psychological well-being, mental health and gender equality.
