Biography
Aznur Hajar Abdullah is a lecturer and a programme coordinator of undergraduate open and distance learning (ODL) at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University, Cyberjaya.
She is a member of the Centre of Knowledge and Innovation Management (CEKIM), at Multimedia University, specialising in education management, business management, problem-based learning, and study skills. She has been teaching subjects such as Critical Thinking and Applications in Management, Management, University Learning Techniques, Psychology, Global Management, and other education management and management-related subjects for nearly 20 years.
She is an active trainer for qualitative analysis and literature review software called Atlas.ti (http://atlasti.com/).

She is also using quantitative data analysis software such as CB-SEM and PLS-SEM, which gives her a competitive advantage in supervising postgraduate students and completing research projects using both qualitative and quantitative research designs. She supervised MBA and Master of Philosophy students as a main and co-supervisor.
She is active in research and successfully secured grants as a project leader and project member for internal and national level grants (e.g FRGS, MITRANS UITM, Mini Funds). Research Interests include structural empowerment (management) and online scaffolding and problem-based learning. She is a reviewer of the International Journal of Social Economics Q2 (Emerald) (2016-present) and the Malaysian Journal of Qualitative Research, which is a biannual publication of the Qualitative Research Association of Malaysia (QRAM).
She holds several administrative positions for several years at university and faculty levels such as UG ODL programme coordinator, Academic Cluster Committee (ACC) - ADEPT (social sciences), and Students Affair and Alumni Committee (FOM).
Her life philosophy is, Life is short, thus "make big things bigger, treat small things smaller" is her key recipe to being happy and successful in the life of this world and the hereafter.
