Biography
Qualified with a Master in Business Administration and Bachelor Degree in Economics, Anushia has over 10 years of experience in teaching and training in cooperate business environment. She is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Faculty of Business, Multimedia University. A certified trainer by HRDF with vast industrial exposure, she has conducted many youth development programmes including topics related to self-awareness, motivation, team leadership, learning skills and many more. With a bubbly personality, Anushia is a positive, confident and conscientious person, capable of working as a motivated team member or independently adopting a practical approach using her own initiatives. Her research initiatives include several projects under the University Reasech Funding and TM Broadband ventures. She has several publications in conference proceedings and journal publication to her name. Awarded as an Excellence Academic Staff by MMU in 2009, she has been continuously contributing to enhance the faculty and university to greater heights.
