Anuar Hassan, or his pen name known as "Sireh" is a well-known Malaysian cartoonist. He began his tertiary education, studying Fine Arts at UiTM, before receiving his BA at Wanganul Regional Community Polytechnic (Computer Graphics Design, New Zealand).
He is currently teaching at Multimedia University in the Animation & Visual Effects Program and pursuing his Masters of Science in Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University.
With 21 years of experience in illustrations, his work has won many awards in comic and design competitions. His work also has been published in several newspaper such as Malay Mail and local magazines such as Gila-Gila, Humor, Gelihati, Ujang and Apo? in which he is also one of the founders during its early establishment in 1998 (APO? Magazine).
