Biography
Al-Mansor Abu Said is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business, Multimedia University, Malaysia. He has been actively involved in numerous research projects, especially those related to career development in human resource development. The findings of his studies have been presented at various conferences at national and international levels, as well as published in refereed journals.
