Biography
ChM. Ts. Ahmad Farimin Bin Ahmad Osman is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Engineering (FAIE), Multimedia University. His research interests span several areas, including dielectric elastomers, soft materials, drying technology, oleochemical technology, and science and technology in Islam. His current research primarily focuses on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), particularly in the context of actuation performance for soft robotics applications. This involves exploring the electro-mechanical properties of filled PDMS and developing novel strategies for enhancing its performance in soft robotics, aiming to create more efficient and responsive actuators for future robotic systems.
