Biography
Dr. Afandi Yusof is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Business, at MMU Melaka. He is currently the Deputy Dean, Student Experience and Alumni in the Faculty of Business (FOB) and a committee member of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE), Multimedia University. Dr. Afandi Yusof is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).
Outside of the university, Dr. Afandi also serves as an External Examiner for the Diploma in Business Administration at the University of Cyberjaya, an External Supervisor for the post-graduate program at Berjaya University College, and also serves as Industry Advisory Board Member for TalentVibe Consultancy.
He obtained his Bachelor's degree in 2007 majoring in Business Management and his Master's degree in 2009 majoring in Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU). In 2022, he has completed his PhD at Multimedia University focusing on the areas of employee engagement. Among of the subjects he has taught are: Management of Strategy, Managing Human Resources, Managing Organizational Behavior, Recruitment and Selection, HR Consulting, Performance Management, Occupational Safety and Health, and many more.
